"We bought our home knowing that we would eventually need to demo the deck and rebuild stairs. Finding someone who was willing to take on a small job was surprisingly difficult. FMGC was very helpful, communicative and went above our expectation. We needed a special build to help my father in law walk up the stairs, we needed them extra wide. They took their time to walk through the plans and possibilities to make sure we could meet his needs. The communication was thorough and never rushed. The job surpassed our expectations; they were done quickly and built a second railing beside the house which we will definitely need to use. They are very attentive to detail which is hard to find. Our paths crossed by accident, while I was cleaning out and repairing my rental property, and they were passing by on their way to a job down the street. My property had been absolutely destroyed by the previous tenant and they stopped to see what I was doing and offered to take on my job after they finished their current job. They began work within the next week and they repaired EVERYTHING, even things I didn't think could be fixed, like doors with fist punches in them, broken closet doors, damaged screens, broken cabinet doors, etc., saving me thousands of dollars I would have spent purchasing the items new. They also painted, removed a number of illegal and unsafe structural add-ons my former tenant left behind, and my house was in rentable condition within two weeks, when I thought I would be repairing it though the end of the year. I can't express enough how grateful I am that we met. I have since contracted them to do some cosmetic upgrades to the house as well, including creating a beautiful ceramic tile facade to the fireplace and replacing a kitchen sink in the home. It probably looks better now than when I lived there myself! I have already had them come do work on my own home, and I have recommended them to all my friends, my family, and my property manager, and I'm here to recommend them to you. This is a solid company run by skilled and honest people who do amazing work. You will not be disappointed."
